1. The service provides informational reports built from open government datasets. A report does not guarantee the mechanical condition or legal status of a car: always get an inspection and check the documents. The service is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.
2. Data may be incomplete or outdated. No record does not mean no event. A wanted-list match must be verified with the competent authorities.
3. Paid plans are a one-time payment. If no data is found for the VIN, the payment is refunded automatically.
4. We keep queries (VIN or plate, language, date) for up to 90 days, your email only if you provide it (for the launch email or your order), and technical data to prevent abuse. Payments are handled by a payment provider; we have no access to your card details.
5. Licences: some data is used under open licences (CC BY 4.0 — data.gov.ua; Open Government Licence – Canada; CC0 — opendata.rdw.nl; US government data — public domain). Model illustrations are from Wikimedia Commons; author and licence are shown under each photo.
