Check any car by VIN or Ukrainian plate number before you buy
Wanted list, Ukrainian registration history, recalls and model safety — from official data.
What we check
Wanted check
VIN or plate match against the wanted vehicles database. The update date is in the report.
Ukrainian registration history
Import, owner changes, plate changes, deregistration, export.
VIN decoding
Make, model, year, engine, gearbox, power, plant.
Recalls and complaints
Recall campaigns, owner complaints (crashes, fires) and crash tests of the model.
VIN vs register
If make or year from the VIN do not match the register entry, it may be an error or a sign of tampering.
Risk Score 0–100
A score with an explanation: what raises the risk and what to look at.

FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. The basic check is free and needs no sign-up.
Where does the data come from?
Only official government registers and manufacturer databases. Each report shows how current the data is.
Can I search by plate?
Yes. We search the state register and the wanted database. A VIN gives a fuller picture.
Why were no records found?
The car may have had no operations in the indexed period, been imported recently or never registered in Ukraine. No records is not a guarantee.
Do you have US auction data?
Coming soon. Leave your email and we will let you know.
What about personal data?
We neither show nor collect owner data. Queries are kept for 90 days for statistics only.
