NBU rate: €1 = 50.95 UAH on 2026-10-27
Excise: rate × engine size/1000 × age factor (1 to 15). Petrol: €50 up to 3000 cm³, €100 above. Diesel: €75 up to 3500 cm³, €150 above. Hybrid: €100. Electric: €1 per kWh. Electric cars pay 0% duty but 20% VAT from 2026; the rules change, check the current ones. A Pension Fund fee (3–5%) is paid separately at first registration.
